The underwater King Neptune disappeared. Angry fish rule the underwater world and do lawlessness. By deception, they drag Santa Claus to the bottom of the ocean. It seems Grandfather can't get out of there. What will happen now? Will the children receive their gifts? Will there be a New Year Celebration?
